Who is our service for?
Adults of working age.
Currently employed (including off sick) or seeking a return to the workplace (eg after long term absence or career break)
Long term or multiple conditions that have had, or continue to have, a significant impact on your ability to function at work. Examples of this include neurodiverse conditions , mental health conditions, chronic fatigue, long Covid, chronic pain, stress and burnout. A number of our clients experience these conditions in the context of challenging home or social situations and this may include past (and ongoing) trauma experiences.

Why refer to us?
If you or someone that you employ, is having difficulty managing their health and wellbeing at work we can help.
We will:
Provide an assessment of your/your employees health and wellbeing and make recommendations that support you/them so that you/they are able to participate in the occupations required.
Support you in setting goals that help to facilitate improvements at work and in life.
Help to reduce persistent short term sickness absence, through providing support to help understand the links between you, your environment and your occupations (Person-Environment-Occupation).
Provide support in retuning to work successfully following a period of sickness absence.

how to refer to our service
Individuals can refer and fund themselves for assessment and treatment - the number of follow up sessions will be agreed at assessment.
Employers can refer and fund assessment and treatment for individuals - number of follow up sessions to be agreed at assessment.
Webinars and groups can be arranged - please contact us to discuss your needs.

what you can expect from our service
Prompt communication - we will respond to your referral within 3 working days.
High quality, holistic assessment which includes a comprehensive understanding of current challenges, your strengths and your goals.
A comprehensive occupational therapy formulation summarising the assessment and recommendations.
An agreed number of follow up sessions. A typical programme of individual support from us consists of assessment, formulation report and 4-6 follow up sessions but the exact number will be dependent on individual need. The type of things covered in the follow up sessions will be determined and led by your individual needs and requirements but may include: coaching, workplace assessment, further exploration of the impact of your condition (s) on both work and leisure activities, return to work plans, wellness/rcovery action planning, development of skills to manage condition (s), workplace adaptations
Clear, transparent pricing structure - we may make recommendations that incur extra costs such as purchasing equipment to help you in the workplace, but we will communicate with you clearly on this.

how will the service be delivered?
We will agree a mutually suitable time to carry out the initial assessment.
This will take place via video call (we use TEAMS)
If you need to be seen in your workplace or at home we can arrange this by exception
Number and location of follow up sessions will be agreed with you and take place via TEAMS
